After halting for almost two months due to "Daa Na", the construction of two Chortens which had been vandalized last year by wicked persons is nearing to completion with the generous support from within and outside of village. The works are in full swing at the behest of Zochen Doree assisted by Zochung Danga and Gosu from the village. Due to the grace of Aum Yangtam, supervision of Tshogpa, collaborative efforts of people and monetary support from the people working under various institutions, we are successfully carrying forward the activities in line with our hopes and aspirations. Hopefully, we would be able to regain our glory once again!
Because of the generous contributions made by the people working in the government service, corporate bodies and private sectors, we were able to award prizes for the best archers of the year. The prizes for highest kareys(14); 2nd highest(9); 3rd highest(8) were awarded to Zow Doree, Phub Tshering, and Tshethrim Namgay + Dorji Gyaltshen respectively. Similarly, the prize for Dopjay karey was awarded Phuntsho Wangdi and Zow Dawang Gyaltshen.
